Banh bot loc , cold water , hap

Thư: Bánh bột lọc recipe: 1 cup of water + 1.5 cups of tapioca starch. If you want it less chewy add a bit more water. That's about it 😃


Cold water. Add oil and a bit of salt. Stir well. When you steam, just add the liquid mixture to less than half of the cupcake then add shrimp and pork (tôm thịt kho a head of time) and steam for 5 minutes. Then fill the cupcake with the liquid mixture and steam for 7, 8 minutes. Take it out, let it cool for at least 5 minutes then scoop them out.

Chopped green onion + oil and microwave for 20 seconds. Scoop each bánh bột lọc, coat with oil mixture above
